What are microgreens?
Microgreens are vegetables and herbs grown from seeds and harvested at the seedling stage after two to three weeks. They are up to 40 times more nutritious than the adult vegetable which take at least 3 months to grow and may contain pesticides.
Studies have shown that microgreens are packed with nutrients, such as vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, and iron, manganese, zinc, copper, phytochemicals, and antioxidants.
